Chris Swigert
Chris’s entrepreneurial spirit was shaped early on, inspired by the achievements of his family’s business. After building a successful career as a chef and advancing into hospitality management, Chris pursued his long-standing interest in real estate by enrolling at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2012. There, he honed his expertise in real estate law and development.
Chris’s passion for real estate first took root when he remodeled his own home and became a licensed real estate agent. During law school, he gained valuable experience working for a boutique real estate firm, where he represented clients in complex commercial real estate transactions. He also interned with prominent real estate developers and government agencies, further solidifying his knowledge in areas such as land use planning, property law, and sustainable development. Today, Chris combines his legal expertise and real estate acumen to deliver innovative solutions for his clients.
Upon graduating from law school, Chris had already purchased and remodeled his second home, reflecting his deep passion for real estate. He began his professional career as a Real Estate Specialist with the Colorado Office of the State Architect, where he managed complex commercial real estate transactions, including leases and property sales, for over 45 state agencies and public institutions. After six successful years in this role and completing the remodel of his third home, Chris relocated to Florida to establish Summit to Shore (“S2S”) Realty Services.
Chris holds real estate licenses in both Colorado and Florida, as well as credentials as a licensed real estate broker and community association manager. His combined expertise in real estate and construction enables him to provide clients with a full spectrum of relocation, construction, and real estate services. To enhance his skill set, Chris earned a commercial real estate certificate from Cornell University and a negotiations certificate from the University of Michigan.
